ABOUT US
Finca Balansat is a rural guesthouse located in the hills of the tranquil North of Ibiza, with views to the church of Sant Miquel and the Mediterranean sea.
The finca dating back to the 17th century is recently renovated with respect to the Ibicencan tradition while obtaining all modern comforts.
Sustainability is one of the key values of Finca Balansat. The house is climate neutral, while the land will be revived with the use of permaculture principles.
Finca Balansat offers a place to immerse yourself in nature, slow down and enjoy authentic Ibiza.

BREAKFAST
Every morning you have the possibility to join for breakfast in the garden with fresh eggs from our chickens.
FARM-TO-TABLE DINNER
Once a week you are welcome to join our family for dinner, when we cook a vegetarian meal with vegetables, herbs and fruits from the land.
GARDEN
Find your place to slow down somewhere in the 3.3 hectares of land, practice your morning yoga with sea views or watch the sun set behind the hills.

BEAUTIFUL BEACHES
Walking distance to the beach of Port de Sant Miquel and a short drive to watch the sunset at Cala Benirrás. Close proximity to the beautiful beaches of the north; Cala Xarraca and Cala Xuclar.
CULTURAL SITES
Walking distance to the village of Sant Miquel, with Santa Gertrudis and Sant Joan both a fifteen minute drive away.
LOCAL MARKETS
Mercat De Forada on Saturdays for local fruits, vegetables and homemade bread. Mercadillo de Sant Joan on Sundays for souvenirs and live music.
HIKING AND MOUNTAINBIKING
Multiple hike and bike trails to discover the beautiful nature of the North of the island, one of those trails crosses the land of Finca Balansat.
WATERSPORTS
Rent a small boat, kajak or
SUP board and explore the beautiful bay of Port de Sant Miquel with multiple different beaches and caves.
FOOD AND NIGHTLIFE
Farm to table restaurant 'Aubergine' and restaurant 'La Paloma' were they offer a wide range of vegetarian options, only a short drive away. Enjoy weekly live music events at the Garden of Light in the Sant Miquel area.
